- Yes. Kingdom Builders is licensed, bonded, and insured in both Washington and Idaho. Our Washington contractor license is KINGDBL783PP.
- What areas do you serve?
- We're based in the Spokane area and serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and the surrounding towns. We take jobs all across Washington and Idaho — we've built as far out as Seattle and Boise.
- Do you charge for estimates?
- No — estimates are free.
- How do I get a quote?
- Call us. We get your information, put together your bid, and you'll have it within 24 hours.
- How does payment work?
- Card, check, or cash. We take a deposit up front, and on bigger jobs we break payment into phases — phase one, phase two, phase three — so you're paying as the work gets done.
- Do you offer financing?
- We're setting up financing with a lending partner right now — ask us where that stands. For custom homes, we work with construction loans every day.
- How soon can you start?
- We're usually booked out about a week. Small jobs we can jump on within two or three days.
- Who actually does the work — your crew or subcontractors?
- We have our own crews. When the schedule fills up, we use reliable subs we've worked with for years. Either way, Matt is your point of contact from start to finish.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes — five years on our work.
- Do you handle permits and inspections?
- Mostly, yes — we handle permits on our jobs. You can pull your own if you want to, but most customers leave it to us. And we don't work without permits: unpermitted work voids your home insurance, and it's not worth it.
- Do you take residential and commercial work?
- Yes, both.
